1. Transfiguration Meditation

Transfiguration meditation is a powerful sacred space created to open the potential for this witnessing of purity and oneness between people. These are group meditations that allow each man and woman to sit in an eyes-open meditation and open to the inner depth of one another. Intentional eye gazing is a richly rewarding form of meditation. It is the practice of heart-centered presence, deep witnessing, and honouring of another being.
Transfiguration means to see beyond form, beyond outward appearances and the masks we habitually wear... to experience the true essence of another. Such seeing and being seen is a path of union with the divine. Practicing it can radically transform our day-to-day experience and our relationships.
